Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly on Saturday 9/11/2024 asserted he is closely following upon efforts exerted by the Unified Government Complaints System.
The system has become a strong and active arm to solve problems of citizens nationwide, he added.
The Premier made his remarks while reviewing efforts made by the complaints system in October through a report, which was presented by Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek al-Refaei.
The report highlighted the government’s efforts to deal with citizens’ complaints in the relevant month.
The total number of complaints submitted through the system in October amounted to 160,000, Refaei said.
