Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said the government is keen on encouraging the private sector to invest in the health services’ sector.
Madbouly made the remarks on Tuesday during his meeting with Chairman of Saudi German Hospitals (SGH) Group Sobhi Batterjee, in the presence of Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar.
The premier stated the government welcomes the SGH investments in Egypt, and supports its future plans to establish 10 hospitals in the country and not just one.
The health minister reviewed the incentives the government intends to provide for the private sector to enhance health services in the country.
On his part, Batterjee thanked the Egyptian government for its continued support for the private sector in different fields, especially in the health sector, saying the SGH plans to build a new hospital in Giza.
