President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi was keen on taking a photo op with athletic champions with special needs who won 27 gold, silver and bronze medals at the persons with disabilities tournament that took place in the Vichy city, France, in 2023.
The photo was taken during the 5th “Differently-Abled” Celebration for People of Determination and Persons with Special Needs at Al Manara International Conferences Center in New Cairo.
