Salmon with Stir Fry Noodles


1 salmon steak, skin removed and chopped in small cubes
3 cloves of garlic, smushed
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon butter

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 package egg noodles
3 cloves of garlic, smushed
chopped stir fry veggies–onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, mushrooms, bamboo, broccoli, etc.
dash of soy sauce


1. Salmon: Mix garlic, ginger, white wine, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a glass bowl. Drop in salmon cubes and marinate for 30-40 minutes maximum.
2. Boil egg noodles according to the package and drain the water.
3. Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger.
4. Add in stir fry vegetables and wok fry for 5-10 minutes, then add soy sauce and noodles.
5. For Salmon, heat olive oil in a frying pan and gently pan fry salmon–if you move it around too much it will break apart.
6. Add butter to the pan and after salmon is cooked, remove it with a slotted spoon.
7. Pour marinade into the pan to deglaze and thicken.
8. Serving suggestion: Stir fry noodles with vegetables, salmon cubes on top with a little drizzle of thickened marinade. Delish!
