Eight people have died of seasonal influenza in Daqahlia since the beginning of the winter season, according to Health Ministry Undersecretary Saad Makki.
Makki also said that the hospitals in Daqahlia have received a total of 185 cases of seasonal influenza, of which 48 were proven positive, 111 negative and 27 are still under examination.
