Four Africans have been arrested in Central Sinai while trying to sneak into Israel via Egyptian borders.
Central Security troops were able to thwart their attempt of infiltration and are continuing their efforts to foil other attempts.
An increasing number of African migrants are attempting to cross the Egyptian Sinai an in attempt to enter Israel, where they seek work and a better life. Most migrants tend to be from Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia or other countries near the horn of Africa.
Migrants face many perils when crossing the Sinai desert. Dozens have been shot by Egyptian border security and others have been kidnapped and even murdered by Bedouin smugglers.
