Meteorologists predict a significant increase in temperatures on Sunday across Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 23C in Alexandria, 31C in Cairo, 35C in Qena, 36 in Luxor and 37C in Aswan.
Mild weather will prevail during daytime on northern coasts, while temperatures will be hot in Lower Egypt and Cairo until northern Upper Egypt, and growing very hot for southern Upper Egypt.
Colder weather is expected for night across the entire country.
Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated on the northern parts of the country, accompanied by rainfall on the northeastern coasts, parts of Sinai peninsula, Red Sea mountains and northern Upper Egypt, possibly reaching Cairo.
Winds will be mostly western and moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with northwestern surface winds. At the Red Sea, waves will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with southeastern surface winds.
