As many as 32 container ships and cargo vessels were handled at Damietta Port in the past 24 hours.
In a statement on Sunday, the Damietta Port Authority (DPA) said the total trade volume of exported goods from the port reached 11,304 tons.
Meanwhile, the total trade volume of imported goods into the port recorded 38,482 tons, according to the statement.
Wheat reserves at private sector warehouses registered 130,261 tons.
