Three killed, 15 injured in Israeli airstrike on Mount Lebanon

Three people were killed and 15 others injured following an airstrike conducted by Israel on the Mount Lebanon region.

In a statement, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health confirmed the final toll of the strike, noting that the casualties included three fatalities and 15 injuries of varying severity. With this latest attack, the total death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 3,324 killed and 10,027 injured.

The Israeli military continues its assaults on southern Lebanon despite a truce agreement currently in effect.

The ceasefire, which initially commenced on April 16, was extended for a second time on May 15 for an additional 45 days. The ongoing violations come amid widespread warnings over worsening security and humanitarian conditions across the region.
