Three types of pesticides banned, deadline for companies to get rid of stock

Yehia Abdel Hamid, vice-chairman of the Committee on Pesticides, said the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has banned the use of three pesticides, namely Diazinon, Malathion and Glyphosate, and set a deadline for producers to get rid of their stocks, as they contain carcinogenic substances.
Hamid said the committee requested that other international organizations inform of their position regarding the IARC warning.
