United Media Services (UMS) announced on Wednesday that the Board of Directors accepted Chairman Tarek Nour’s resignation.
According to an official statement, Nour stepped down from his position citing health reasons that required him to travel abroad for medical treatment.
In response to the vacancy, the board appointed the current Vice Chairman, Mohammed Al-Saadi, as the Acting Chairman of United Media Services.
This transition follows the previous restructuring of the Board of Directors announced in December 2024.
Under that formation, Tarek Nour assumed the Chairmanship with Tarek Makhlouf serving as Managing Director.
The current board includes prominent industry figures: Seif al-Wazir, Mohammed,Tamer Mursi, Ahmed Tarek, Amr al-Feki, Sherif al-Khol, and Amr al-Khayyat.
