Security services in Luxor arrested a US citizen on Thursday on charges of stabbing an Egyptian with a knife.
Head of Luxor Security Directorate Mostafa Salah Eddin received a communication stating that a US tourist stabbed Abdel Nasser Alaa with a knife. The preliminary investigation revealed that the tourist resides in a hut on the Nile in the village of Baiyrat.
He stabbed Alaa in his hand and escaped before the police arrested him.
