Weather forecast: Heat wave to end Friday, storms expected Sunday

The current heat wave will end this week as weather temperatures are expected to decrease between 9 to 10 degrees starting Friday evening until Tuesday, said head of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority Ahmed Abdel Aal.
 
Abdel Aal warned citizens to wear heavy clothes starting Friday evening.
 
Wind will be relatively active on Saturday and will reach storm's strength on Sunday in most parts of Egypt, including Cairo. It will be accompanied by dust which will affect visibility on roads and affect navigation at sea, according to a statement by the Meteorological Authority on Wednesday.
 
Light rain could fall along the north coast, Lower Egypt and Cairo. 
 
Maximum temperatures are expected to range, during the period from Friday until Tuesday, along the north coast and in North Sinai between 17C to 20C, in the provinces of Lower Egypt and Cairo between 21C to 24C, in north Upper Egypt between 22C to 24C, in south Upper Egypt between 25C to 27C, and in South Sinai between 24C to 26C.
