Deficit in the balance of trade retreated by 11% last September, as the deficit rate hit 70.9%, compared to 81.9% in August, said head of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) Abou Bakr Al-Gendy.
He added that the deficit value hit EGP 27.9 billion in September, against EGP 32.8 billion in August.
