Meteorologists predict slightly hot weather to continue along the northern coasts Monday; hotter and wet weather in anticipated in Cairo and Lower Egypt with very hot temperatures in Upper Egypt during the daytime.
Mist will affect the visibility in the morning throughout the northern areas to northern Upper Egypt. Low and medium level clouds will appear along the North Coast.
Wind will be mostly northwesterly and active in South Sinai, the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, possibly disrupting navigation.
Light to moderate waves will range between 1 to 1.5 meters high in the Mediterranean Sea, and between 2 to 2.5 meters high in the Red Sea. Surface winds will be northwesterly in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted Monday are 36C in Cairo, 33C in Alexandria, 41C in Qena, 42C in Luxor and 43C in Aswan.
