These remarks were made during Madbouly’s inauguration, in the morning on Tuesday, of the submersible pumps production plant at Qaha Chemical Industries Company (Military Factory 270) in Qalyubiya governorate, one of the key industrial entities affiliated with the Ministry of Military Production.
He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport Kamel al-Wazir, Governor of Qalyubiya Ayman Attia and Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah al-Din Moustafa.

He emphasized that producing submersible pumps within military production companies represents a significant industrial achievement, adding that these pumps are the backbone of lifting stations, wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs and drinking water facilities.
They also meet the strong demand for such equipment, particularly for projects under the presidential initiative (Decent Life) aimed at developing rural villages across Egypt.
