The Egyptian benchmark EGX30 index closed in the green zone for a sixth session in a row at 6,762 points and with a turnover of LE490 million on Monday, the Egyptian Exchange data showed.
Meanwhile, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 index and the broader EGX100 index inched down 0.02 percent and 0.85 percent, respectively.
Arab and local institutions were net buyers recording net flows of LE21.5 million and LE38.7 million, respectively, while local retail investors were net sellers recording net flows of LE63 million.
The EGX market capital gained LE370 million (US$47 million) to hit LE422.72 billion, compared to LE422.35 billion on Sunday.
