EgyptAir Company is preparing to receive African and Arab delegations for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Egyptian Parliament, which coincides with the African-Arab Conference.
The two events will occur between October 9 and 20 in Sharm el-Sheikh.
A number of African ministers and heads of Arab, African and international parliaments, as well as the chairmen and members of the Egyptian Parliament will attend the celebrations.
"Out of national duty, the company does not hesitate to take care of all conferences and important events hosted by Egypt," said Safwat Mesallam, the company's chairman.
Additional flights will be operating daily from Sharm el-Sheikh, and smaller planes have been replaced by larger ones to transfer more passengers, he said.
According to Mesallam, 183 flights in total will be operating to Sharm el-Sheikh during the time of the two events.
"EgyptAir has made a 25 percent discount on the prices of all international and domestic flights for participants in the conference," he added.
EgyptAir will conduct marketing activities during the conference so participants will be able to check the latest offers and programs put forward by the company.
Booking and sales employees will be present at the headquarters of the conference to facilitate the travel arrangements and bookings for guests, according to Mesallam.
EgyptAir has also been advertising the conference on its flights. This includes putting the conference slogan on head-rest covers and distributing chocolates bearing the events logo.
