Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendi discussed Thursday with Kazakh Ambassador in Cairo Khairat Lama Sharif and his accompanying delegation ways of boosting joint cooperation in the file of migration.
Gendi welcomed cooperation with the Kazakh side to provide job opportunities for youth, according to a statement by her ministry.
She pointed out to cultural and historical bonds binding Egypt and Kazakhstan, saying a large number of Kazakh students learn at Al Azhar.
In turn, Sharif said he is looking forward to promoting joint cooperation to wider vistas.
He welcomed cooperation and asserted he is ready for jump-starting virtual meetings in February to foster cooperation horizons between the two countries.
