Environment Minister Yasmin Fouad and her Australian counterpart Chris Bowen were authorized, by the Azerbaijani presidency of COP29, to hand over the outcome of the consultations on reaching a New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance.
This came during their participation in the session of Azerbaijan’s presidency of COP29 to evaluate the leadership of the bilateral ministerial teams of the file of pressing climate issues as part of the activities of the ministerial segment of COP29 held in Baku.
Fouad asserted that they managed consultations on infrastructure to contribute to finance via a group of meetings with different groups and parties.
