Health Ministry withdraws 5 drugs as damaging to liver

Ashraf Bayoumy, head of the Central Administration for Pharmaceutical Affairs, said on Wednesday that the ministry's technical committee responsible for keeping tabs on medicines has decided to withdraw all medicines that contain the substance as a precautionary measure after authorities in France withdrew it.

Bayoumy said that all fives drugs are oral tablets including Nizoral 200 mg, Conazole 200 mg, Fungazol 200 mg , Ketozole 200 mg and Kizol 200 mg.
