Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouy witnessed, 16-11-2023, the inking ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company and the Belgian company of Jan De Nul on starting studies on a project to export renewable energy from Egypt to Europe in the presence of Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker and board chairman of the Belgian company.
Jan De Nul company is a pioneer in the field of maritime cables and maritime energy market.
The memo comes within the framework of boosting Egyptian-European partnership in the field of energy, said Shaker.
