PM: National control centers aim to connect emergency personnel, vital facilities

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly asserted the operation of the control center of the National Emergency and Public Safety Network in Fayoum governorate comes in implementation of directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi about setting up the network to achieve goals of these centers to link different emergency personnel and vital facilities through a main center and a special operations room.

The move is aiming to create a unified and fully secured network in accordance with the state-of-the-art global criteria within digital transformation operations in the country, he said while visiting Fayoum governorate on Saturday 11/11/2023.

Madbouli’s trip to the governorate is one in a series of field tours of the governorates to inspect service and development projects nationwide.

The Premier is accompanied by several ministers and Governor of Fayoum Ahmed al-Ansari.

Local Development Minister Hisham Amna said the network’s unified control centers are connected with its main center through the application of advanced IT technologies to quickly address any emergencies.

The National Unified Network for Emergency and Safety is also aimed at speeding up responsiveness to emergency calls by citizens.
