President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi arrived on Wednesday to Algeria on a brief visit that will last for a couple of hours, during which he will meet with his Algerian counterpart Abdel Aziz Bouteflika.
The two presidents will tackle developments in the region, especially in Libya, Syria and the sub-Sahara region. They will also review bilateral relations and will talk about boosting economic ties.
Sisi was received at Houari Boumediene Airport by Algerian Parliament Speaker Abdel Qader bin Saleh, Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal and other members of the cabinet.
