Amina Orfi wins the 2026 British Open women squash championship

Egyptian player Amina Orfi was crowned British Open Squash champion for the first time in her career on Sunday evening.

Orfi defeated fellow player Nour al-Sherbini, just as she did a few days ago in the World Championship final.

At just 18 years old, she became the youngest player in history to win the British Open Squash Championship.

Orfi secured the victory with a score of 3-1, with the individual game scores being: 7-11, 11-8, 11-5, and 11-8.
