Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry heads on Sunday 21st, January, 2024, to Brussels on a working visit to lead Egypt’s delegation to the 10th meeting of the EU-Egypt Association Council.

Shoukry and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Josep Borrell will co-chair the meeting, that will also see the participation of a host of European Union (EU) foreign ministers, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid.

They will also exchange viewpoints toward the current regional crises, topped by the situation in the Gaza Strip, the conditions in Sudan, Somalia, Libya, and the security concerns in the Red Sea, he noted.
