Millions of eyes turn toward Egypt on Saturday, November 1, as the nation prepares for an extraordinary global event: the official inauguration of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).
This landmark is poised to become one of the world’s largest and most significant cultural institutions.
The event will feature unprecedented media coverage from the museum site, with participation from dozens of international outlets.
Over 70 global television channels, alongside major international news agencies and media institutions, are expected to cover the ceremony—a magnificent display befitting the event’s scale and Egypt’s historic global stature.
The official inauguration ceremony is scheduled for seven pm Cairo time.
The event kicks off three days of official celebrations that will feature 79 official delegations from around the world, including reigning kings, presidents, and princes.
